JUNIORS AND YOUTHS TRAINING
The object of this course is to provide information and advice to coaches who wish to improve the
fitness and health of young athletes and adolescents. In this course, participants will learn the methods for improving physical fitness components and the differences in the potential for exercise between children and adults and advice is offered on how children can exercise safely and effectively.
